North Country Cakes was started by award-winning Pastry Chef Nicole Maddox in 2013. Throughout the years we have crafted cakes and desserts for many of Vermont's most prestigious restaurants, catering companies and wedding venues. We specialize in modern, elegant buttercream cakes that are perfect for weddings here in Vermont and throughout New England.
